UNITED WILLING TO OFFER TWO PLAYERS TO SPURS FOR KANE

Premier League giants Manchester United have already started making plans toward convincing fellow League rivals Tottenham Hotspur to let go of their star striker Harry Kane this summer. The Red Devils have expressed their strong interest in the England international striker and ate part of the clubs who want to snap up the Englishman from the Tottenham Hotspur stadium at the end of the season.

Chelsea and Manchester City are the other clubs who have registered an interest in the striker and it’s already looking like there will a bidding war for Kane in the summer. Manchester City will lose veteran striker Sergio Agüero at the end of the season and they are particularly interested in signing Kane as his direct replacement. A fee of at least £100 million has been quoted as what Tottenham owner Daniel Levy will be demanding for the striker and it’s an amount that both Manchester clubs can afford comfortably.

However, an issue of concern is the fact that Kane is only a few months away from clocking 28 and is already approaching his thirties. With the striker nearing that age, none of the interested clubs would be willing to fork out such a huge amount of money because they feel that it’s not going to be a good investment.

Manchester United are trying to beat down the huge asking price and are reportedly willing to offer the duo of Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard as part of their offer. Martial has endured a poor season this campaign and has also battled with injury, giving the Red Devils enough reason to part ways with the France international forward in a bid to get their man.

Lingard, on the other hand, is currently on loan at West Ham and has enjoyed a turnaround in form. He could be offered alongside his United teammate in a player-plus-cash offer for Kane.
